About Dr Heah
Dr Harold Heah is an experienced fellowship-trained otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, Throat) with a special interest in head & neck surgeries. Dr Heah is also adept in the care of patients with head and neck tumours. He is well-versed in various surgical approaches such as endoscopic and transoral robotic surgery. Dr Heah is also experienced in the use of the da Vinci™ robotic surgical system and was the first surgeon in Asia to utilize Medrobotics’ Flex® Robotic System. Prior to entering private practice, he was the Director of Clinical Services at the Singhealth Duke-NUS Head & Neck Centre in Singapore General Hospital. Dr Heah was also visiting consultant to National Cancer Centre Singapore, KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
Training
- Graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Completed his Otolaryngology (ENT) specialty training in Singapore
- Awarded with the Health Manpower Development Plan scholarship to further sub-specialize in Head and Neck Surgery
- Completed his clinical fellowship in Advanced Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, USA
