SingaporeDoc will do its best to safeguard your personal information. However, there is no guarantee that transmission on the Internet is absolutely secure and you are providing the information at your own risk.

Correspondence between doctors and patients, in the absence of a face to face medical consultation, will not amount to formal consultations or medical advice.


2. INFORMATION SUBMITTED FOR PUBLISHING ON THE WEBSITE

All doctors' profiles, articles and hospital information are obtained directly from the individual doctors, hospitals or authorized parties. SingaporeDoc reserves the right to refuse to accept or to withdraw, without having to specify any reason, any information, message, advertisement or part thereof having in its text or presentation anything that SingaporeDoc considers to be contrary to SingaporeDoc's legal or commercial interests without any liability or obligation to you. SingaporeDoc further reserves the right to amend the size, and/or dimensions of images to ensure some uniformity in published images.

A person or entity who is not a party to the Terms of Use shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) or any equivalent statute under any other relevant laws to enforce any provision contained herein. Notwithstanding anything in the Terms of Use, the consent of any third party is not required to vary, release or compromise any liability or terminate any of the provisions of the Terms of Use.


11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Terms Of Use shall be governed by Singapore law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. These Terms of Use and any other legal notices on the Website, including but not limited to our PDPA Policy, Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and SingaporeDoc with regards to the access and/or use of the Website and the contents of the Website.
