About Dr Goh
Dr Goh Bee Tin is a Senior Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (Faculty Practice) from the National Dental Centre, where she is head of the Oral and Craniofacial Implant Programme.
Dr Goh obtained her Bachelor in Dental Surgery as a medallist graduate from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1993. She then went on to specialise in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS), obtaining her Dental Fellowship with the Edinburgh Royal College of Surgeons in 1996 and Master in Dental Surgery from NUS in 1997.
She was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2000. In that same year, she was sent on a government scholarship for advanced training in cleft lip and palate, and orthognathic surgery in Canada. In 2004, she furthered her training in craniofacial implantology in Sweden and the United Kingdom. In 2009, she obtained a PhD from Radboud University Nimegen in the Netherlands for her novel research work on jaw reconstruction.
Dr Goh is also appointed Clinical Senior Lecturer at the NUS Dental Faculty where she is active in teaching and training post-graduate students. Dr Goh is the author of numerous scientific publications in international journals and she has lectures at regional and international conferences. She is currently on the Singapore Dental Council Specialist Register for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Her interests include implant and bone graft surgery, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip and palate surgery, and oral pathology.
