About Dr Sujit
Dr Sujit Singh Gill graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1995. He obtained his Masters in General Surgery from NUS in 2001. He subsequently received his Fellowship in General Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2006, having completed his advanced surgical training in Singapore General Hospital.
He received Singapore General Hospital's Long Service Award in 2006. He then spent a year in a dedicated Vascular Surgery unit in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth, Australia, undergoing further training in endovascular repair of abdominal aotic aneurysms, and management of peripheral vascular disease.
Dr Sujit actively shares his expertise. Since 2001, he has served as a clinical tutor to medical students from NUS. He was clinical tutor for medical students at University of Western Australia in 2007.
In April 2005, Dr Sujit took part in the Singhealth / Singapore Red Cross Society Medical Mission Trip to Nias Island, Sulawesi, in aid of earthquake victims.
